Greater Dallas Hosted the Regional Conformation Show this weekend and it was Dedicated to Lera.  I feel she would have wanted the show to go on, knowing how much work the club had done.  However, as I was watching all the people working the event, I was saddened not to see Lera over selling the shirts and food, with her wonderful smile and good humor.    I also must think of all the petty things that occur, and wish everyone would realize time is short - LOVE, LAUGH and LIVE a HAPPY Life.

Schutzhund Club in the Sky
Oh gather thee friends for I have arrived,
To join the Schutzhund Club in the sky.

They have welcomed me well and provided a map,
Of all the neat places to train and to track.

My dues are now paid and membership is granted,
My tracking boots are on and my hat a bit slanted.

On to the field to lay my first track.
I hope my dog's attention will certainly not lack.

With thoughts of obedience and excitement of the bite,
I am off to train with my new club tonight.

My past pups that I loved so well
Have already found me, that I must tell.

They knew it was me before I could speak,
Oh such happiness, shared with muddy feet.

For loved ones left with sadness and grief,
Know that I am free and it is such a relief.

I will continue to train and keep you all close,
For it is my Schutzhund friends, I will miss the most.
