Tracking Coordinator
Job Function Manage Tracklayers and Equipment

Action Items: Provide Tracking Flags and Articles, Insure Removal, solicit Tracklayers Schh2/3 and FH,
Arrange For Trial and Practice Tracking Fields, Check Tattoos, Assist Judge With Location Of Tracks, Set up time plan for tracks

Field Coordinator
Job Function: Inspect, Clean And Set Up Trial Field (Obedience And Protection Field).

Action Items
A. Obedience: Solicit Four (4) Persons For The Group And Appoint A Group Leader, Solicit Person To Fire Blank Pistol, Position Jumps And Dumbbell Rack, Set Male, Female Long Down Positions.
B. Protection, Remove Jumps And Dumbbell Rack, Set Up Blinds, Mark Escape Bite Positions, Serve As Helper Coordinator, Check Helper Equipment Verify Eligibility Of Helpers. First Aid Kit.
C. Arrange Porta Potty and Items Associated.

Judge Coordinator
Job Function Scheduling Judge and Travel Arrangements, Fees Coordinate with the USA/SV Laison.

Action Items Schedule Judge, Arrange Travel To And From Event, Lodging Arrangements, Coordinate With The USA/SV Laison

Registration Coordinator
Job Function Check in Participants, Work as an Assistant to the Trial Secretary, Provide Event Information.

Action Items: Accept Score books, Coordinate Score sheets, And Judge’s Books Maintain Participant’s Files Accept Entry Forms

Advertising Coordinator/ Trophy Coordinator
Job Function: Advertise Trial via Email, Flyers, Postal Mail, and Design Trial Flyer

Release Trial Event Announcement by Prescribed Dates for Maximum Coverage
